MSCs centrally control the operation of the wireless infrastructure network, provisioning a broad range of identity-based services to ensure consistent QoS and security to clients that use and roam across the network. An integral component of the Colubris Intelligent Mobility Solution, the MSC pushes QoS and security policies to MultiService Access Points at the network edge, where traffic is forwarded directly from source to destination. Network Management System (NMS) Datasheet The Network Management System (NMS) is a standalone WLAN management system that centralizes all configuration, performance monitoring, fault management, and troubleshooting functions for the Colubris Intelligent Mobility System (CIMS). MSC Command Line Interface Reference Guide The Colubris Networks command line interface provides comprehensive control of all access point features and functions, enabling you to configure your access points remotely without using a web browser or SNMP console. This is a Reference Guide. Public Access Network Administrator's Guide The Public Access Network is a wireless network created by the MSC that provides wireless client stations with access to both public and private (protected) network resources. To access protected resources, customers must successfully log in to the public access network and be authenticated by the MSC. This is the Administrator's Guide for the Public Access Network. Colubris Networks Configuration Guide hot! This guide contains a number of detailed scenarios for using Colubris Networks MultiService Access Points (MAPs) and MultiService Controllers (MSCs) in a wide range of applications. Although detailed configuration steps are provided with each scenario, the guide does not cover the basic procedures for operating and configuring Colubris Networks devices.
